Pegasus Group is continuing its expansion with the opening of a new regional office in Newcastle.
Based at The Corner, Mosley Street, it is the group’s 13th UK office and reflects an ambitious period of growth and expansion for Pegasus Group, particularly in the north of the country. The office is a recently refurbished Grade II Listed Building right in the heart of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

, Managing Director of Pegasus Group, said: “We are delighted to announce the opening of our 13th office in one of the country’s most iconic cities, whose shipbuilding and manufacturing was at the heart of the Industrial Revolution.
“Our northern based offices, in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds, already have a significant client base, and we believe the opening of an office in Newcastle will offer an enhanced service to our existing client base as well as prospective clients and support the growing demand for our specialist planning, design, environmental and economics services across the region.”
The new office will be headed up by Senior Planning Director Sandra Manson who has extensive experience in various planning fields including residential, commercial, sport, recreation and leisure. Sandra’s past work includes the promotion of schemes through the development plan process as well as through planning applications and appeals.
Sandra is joined by Associate Planner, Chris Martin who is experienced in a wide breadth of planning sectors with specialisms in residential, retail, commercial, and mixed use schemes, with further staff joining the Newcastle team over the autumn.
