Information provided when completing our forms at www.pegasusgroup.co.uk. This includes information that was provided at the time of registering, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services:

Where we store your personal data
Pegasus Group holds your personal information on servers located in UK. We use top tier, third party data hosting providers (Mimecast, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, Office 365) to host our Services on servers located throughout the UK. If you are a UK. resident, this means that your personal information may be transferred to servers located outside of the UK as part of our data backup policies. By providing your personal information, you consent to that personal information being hosted on servers located in the UK and Ireland. While your personal information will be stored on servers located in the UK. and Ireland, it will remain within Pegasus Group’s effective control at all times. Each data hosting provider’s role is limited to providing a hosting and storage service to Pegasus Group, and we’ve taken steps to ensure that our data hosting providers do not have access to, and use the necessary level of protection for, your personal information. They do not control, and are not permitted to access or use your personal information, except for the limited purpose of storing the information. This means that, for the purposes of DPA, Pegasus Group does not currently “disclose” personal information to third parties located overseas.
Disclosure of your information
We will only disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:
- In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we will disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets
- If Pegasus Planning Group Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers (and prospective customers) will be one of the transferred assets

Your Rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you before collecting data or if we intent on disclosing any data to third parties.
