National multi-disciplinary development consultancy Pegasus Group has opened a new regional office in the south of England, confirming the business is on track to meet its 10-year growth vision.
Based at Tollgate, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, near Southampton, the Solent office is the group’s 15th and follows the opening of regional offices in Newcastle and Dublin in the previous financial year.
The new office will be headed up by Senior Planning Director Jeremy Gardiner who brings with him a wealth of planning experience, including particular expertise working with national, regional and local housebuilders.
Jeremy said: “I am very happy to have joined Pegasus Group where alongside establishing the new Solent office, I will be looking to strengthen the Group’s capabilities across the South East.
“The majority of my experience comes from handling planning applications of all sizes within the housebuilding sector. This region remains attractive to developers, with the M3 corridor and accessible commuter links with London making it particularly desirable.
“Based at West Links, Toll Gate the Solent office has room to grow. Planning will be our core discipline and we will have an initial team of four senior planning consultants, but in time I will be hoping to add other capabilities. To begin with however, we will share some resources with Bracknell and London with all of us benefitting from combined capabilities.”
