12 August 2026 – Pegasus Group has been appointed to Lot 8 (Planning Services) of the ESPO 2700_26 Estates Management and Professional Services Framework, securing a national agreement that covers all regions of England. The appointment builds on Pegasus’ momentum in the public sector this year. The company recently joined the Government Commercial Agency framework to support essential public sector infrastructure.
The framework runs for an initial two-year term to 2028, with two single-year extensions available, and carries a maximum total framework value of £60m in fees.
David Mohring, Senior Director – Public sector at Pegasus Group said: “Local authorities, universities, NHS trusts, and housing providers are all facing similar pressures to move schemes forward quickly. That makes competitive frameworks like this invaluable because they remove much of the friction involved in procurement, whilst providing reassurance of quality and commercial approach. We’re looking forward to applying our cross-sector experience on major projects to bringing complex developments to life.”
“While the Lot we’re involved with is planning-led, our planning expertise is always informed by our multidisciplinary teams. The integrated approach we take to projects is our biggest advantage, whether we’re bringing in experts from design or economics, to biodiversity, environment, and so forth.”
ESPO 2700_26 is fully compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and offers pre-agreed, vetted rates and terms and conditions for all participating suppliers. The framework provides two procurement routes: direct award and mini-competition, giving buyers flexibility to engage suppliers quickly and efficiently.
