New team, led by Mike Ward — Senior Director and Design Lead Scotland — strengthens Pegasus’ design offering across Scotland and North of England.
23 September 2026 — Pegasus Group has expanded its national Design capability by establishing its first dedicated team in Scotland. This will strengthen Pegasus’ urban design, architecture and masterplanning offering across public and private sector development in Scotland and Northern England.
Based in Edinburgh, the five-person team is led by Mike Ward, Senior Director – Design Lead, who will help grow Pegasus’ design presence across Scotland while supporting clients throughout the wider UK. Mike brings over 20 years’ experience delivering major urban design, architecture, and masterplanning projects across Scotland and Northern England. He joins from Stantec/Barton Willmore and has already quickly built a market-leading team focused on delivering innovative and collaborative design solutions across both the public and private sectors.
Joining Mike in the new Scotland team are:

- Callum Elliot-Muir, Senior Urban Designer
- Quitterie d’Hacourt, Senior Urban Designer
Together, the team brings expertise spanning strategic masterplanning, urban extensions, new settlements, residential layouts, regeneration projects, and detailed design. Their experience covers projects from early spatial and conceptual design through to detailed delivery of high-quality places and communities.
The launch of a dedicated Scotland design team significantly strengthens Pegasus’ national offer. In the last year, Pegasus has seen significant growth, expanding its Scotland presence with a new Glasgow office. It has also made key senior appointments to strengthen multidisciplinary capabilities across design, planning, environment, economics, building surveying, and more.
