Expansion leads to need for larger office space, with further growth to come

04 November 2025 – Leading multidisciplinary development consultancy, Pegasus Group, has moved into a new, larger office space in London’s West End as its strategic growth drive continues.

Pegasus’s London office move forms the latest step in its strategic growth, with the London team having outgrown its previous office and with further increases to headcount on the horizon. The new office is already home to almost forty members of the Pegasus team, with space for further significant expansion.

The business is continuing to expand its full multidisciplinary offering in London, with  increasing demand for the breadth of services Pegasus offers. Pegasus is able to advise on a broad range of needs, with planning reforms, the government’s homebuilding drive, large-scale investment in infrastructure and growth in renewable energy all key topics for its clients.

Pegasus’s new London premises at 22 Ganton Street is a Category A* office space in a 1920s building. Positioned just off Carnaby Street, Pegasus aims for its London office to be not just a great place for its own team to work in, but also for its clients to visit and use as a base while in London. The building features a newly-refreshed roof terrace and bar for entertaining guests.

Pegasus Group has recently grown its London team significantly. Recent high-profile appointments include:

  • Economics Director Bindu Pokkyarath, focusing on assisting clients with building business cases for funding
  • Landscape Director David Webster, who is leading an expansion of Pegasus’s environmental practice in the South East
  • Director of Planning Clare Preece, who has over 25 years of experience, from feasibility studies and pre-application advice to applications and appeals
  • Naomi Williams as Development Consent Order (DCO) Director – Planning, to expand Pegasus’s work advising and delivering DCOs
  • Director of Water Rana Alidad, who enhances Pegasus’s flood risk management capability.
  • Ella Moseley, Director of Ecology, who brings expertise in delivering high-quality biodiversity-led solutions.

Douglas McCormick, CEO of Pegasus Group, said: “London is a core part of our growth strategy – that’s why we’ve continued to increase the headcount of our industry-leading team here. It’s exciting to be able to move into a great new space with some of the foremost experts in such a broad range of fields.

Henry Courtier, Director of Planning in Pegasus’s London office, said: “Our clients increasingly need us to be able to deliver our full multidisciplinary offering where they are. In many cases, that means London, the hub of the UK economy. Today we have reached nearly 40 team members in London, but it’s no coincidence that our new office has space for many more. We’re only part-way through the Pegasus Group growth story.”
