Pegasus Group’s Birmingham office have successfully secured planning permission on behalf of Halsall Holdings Ltd for a mixed-use employment development at South Staffordshire College’s former Progress Centre in Cannock.
David Pickford, a Senior Planner with Pegasus Group, said:
“The mixed-use employment scheme will see the conversion and extension of the former College building to form a trade counter use and high-quality office space, part of which will become the new headquarters for Halsall Electrical Ltd.
The scheme will also provide 58,000 sq ft of B2 and B8 floorspace in a new industrial estate, to meet market demands in the Cannock area.
The new headquarters for Halsall Electrical underlines the success of this rapidly growing local business, who continue to expand their operations nationally.”
