Jaguar Land Rover.

We have worked with Jaguar Land Rover on various schemes over a number of years including the support of the Powertrain Development facility at Whitley.

We provided town planning advice, coordinated the planning application, organised a stakeholder engagement programme and ultimately secured planning permission for the development of over 50,000 sqm of research and development facilities.

The planning process required liaison with various departments of Jaguar Land Rover, local planning authorities including Coventry City Council, Warwickshire County Council, Warwick District Council and the Environment Agency. The site lies partially within the Green Belt and our expert teams successfully demonstrated that Very Special Circumstances existed.

We also provided town planning services for the redevelopment of JLR’s Gaydon base.

We provided town planning advice, coordinated the planning application and environmental impact assessment, organised a stakeholder engagement programme and ultimately secured planning permission for the development of over 60,000 sqm of office facilities and over 20,000 sqm of research and development floorspace for use as the NVH facility.

The planning process required liaison with various departments of Jaguar Land Rover, local planning authorities including Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Warwickshire County Council, Highways England, Historic England and the Environment Agency.
