- Planning permission secured on behalf of St Modwen for a new distribution depot.
- The 69,000 sq ft facility at Stonebridge Park, to be occupied by DPD, was scheduled to service the whole of Liverpool and Merseyside and deliver a total investment of £12 million to the region.
- Development of the facility was due to create up to 250 permanent and construction jobs.
We provided planning and retail planning services and secured planning permission on behalf of St Modwen for the development of a 69,000 sq ft parcel delivery distribution hub on a 6.7 acre site at Stonebridge Industrial Estate, Liverpool.
The £12m development began in October 2016 and was completed in 2017.
Our expert team was able to demonstrate that the principle of development was acceptable when considering relevant planning policy.
