- Through extensive, positive negotiations with council officers, our expert team achieved the maximum planning consent possible, with no Section 106 agreements.
We provided planning and heritage expertise for the conversion of a Grade II listed property on the banks of the River Dee into three executive apartments.
Consent was also obtained for the construction of a new build purpose-built block of seven contemporary apartments.
We worked closely with Chester West and Cheshire Council’s conservation team to secure planning permission for the conversion of the building, which sensitively worked within the historic constraints and fabric of the building.
The subsequent consent for a new build housing seven apartments was able to supplement the cost of the conversion.
