The Fast Rising Property Business of the Year category recognises the market leading increase in sales, headcount, profitability, market share or geographical expansion during 2021. We are proud of the accomplishments of the Solent team since the office first opened in July 2020, with Jeremy Gardiner, Senior Director initially establishing a planning team of four in the first couple of months of opening to a strong team of 13 planners and urban designers of varying seniority.
The winners of the awards are set to be announced at an evening gala on Thursday 29th September 2022. Best of luck to all of the finalists!
