New Cambridge office will provide space for the firm’s new hires and headroom for planned future growth

15th May 2025Leading property development consultancy Pegasus Group has today announced it will be moving to a new office in Cambridge to accommodate its growing team and capitalise on growth opportunities across the region.

Planned Expansion in Cambridge

The new Pegasus office is located in Vision Park, a well-established business area. This move supports the firm’s plan to expand its services in Cambridge and the wider region. Pegasus has seen strong client demand and significant growth in East Anglia, Lincolnshire, Essex, and Kent. The new office will house more than 30 specialists. Their expertise covers planning, landscape, heritage, design, infrastructure, and architectural design. Pegasus also plans to keep growing its in-house team at all levels and in all disciplines.
As part of its growth plan, Pegasus is targeting more residential opportunities in the region. The firm wants to support the Government’s housing goals and take advantage of relaxed Green Belt development rules in the revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). Pegasus recently hired Steve Wood as an Associate Landscape Designer. He is the firm’s first landscape designer in the region and will help achieve these ambitions.
Additionally, Pegasus plans to expand its heritage and infrastructure consultancy services.
