New Architecture Director in Manchester set to bolster Pegasus Group’s combined architectural and urban design practice
7th July 2025 – Leading multidisciplinary development consultancy, Pegasus Group, has today announced the appointment of Claire Kilgariff as Architecture Director in its Manchester office.
Claire is a highly experienced RIBA-accredited architect with over 25 years of practice across a wide range of sectors. She has an extensive residential portfolio, spanning bespoke private homes, affordable housing schemes, high-rise developments and care facilities. Her experience also includes work on industrial, retail, commercial, sports, and transport projects.
Through Claire’s appointment Pegasus will strengthen its combined architecture and urban design offering for clients across the north-west. “Claire’s extensive experience will not only drive our ongoing growth across the north-west, but her architectural expertise will also add significant value to our position as one of the largest and most experienced urban design and architecture practices in the UK. When combined with our full range of planning, economics and environmental services, we offer clients a truly multifaceted approach to delivering their development projects.”
“Claire has a strong vision in terms of delivering high quality, aesthetic and sustainable architectural design and keen eye for detail and accuracy. These qualities will provide a vital role in growing our architecture service and I look forward to seeing what she will achieve as part of the Manchester team.”
Also commenting on her appointment, Claire Kilgariff said: “Pegasus is well-respected within the industry and is undergoing a time of tremendous growth. I’m excited to be part of that continued upward momentum by leading the development of Pegasus’s architectural practice in Manchester, and to be part of a consultancy that offers residential and commercial clients across the country such a powerful combination of urban design and architecture expertise.”
