With a recognised career spanning more than 32 years, John brings vast expertise in transport and development planning. His extensive knowledge stretches across significant public and private sector projects, where he has been instrumental in promoting substantial transport interventions and fostering economic growth through strategic development sites.

In addition to growing the company’s national footprint, John’s appointment marks expansion of the Transport and Infrastructure team into the North East of England, complementing existing capabilities in Bristol, Birmingham and Cambridge.

The expansion into Newcastle is timely, coinciding with the city’s rapid growth and the new combined authority & investment set to further strengthen the North East region.
