National development consultancy Pegasus Group is pleased to announce the approval of a major new housing development by Crest Nicholson Yorkshire at Melton Road, Sprotbrough, on the outskirts of Doncaster.

The City of Doncaster Council granted permission at its planning committee, paving the way for the construction of 69 new homes in line with the council’s strategic plan.

The scheme marks a milestone for Crest Nicholson as the first development to be undertaken by its new regional arm, Crest Nicholson Yorkshire. Crest’s Sprotbrough scheme will serve as a flagship development for Crest Nicholson Yorkshire, highlighting its commitment to bespoke vernacular design and use of high-quality materials.
