Our interview process typically begins with an in-person interview whenever possible. However, we understand that this may not always be practical, so an initial Microsoft Teams call may be arranged as a first step. Please note that all candidates must attend an in-person interview before any offer of employment is made.
We understand that interviews can be a new and potentially daunting experience. Our goal is to make the interview process as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their academic background, relevant work experience, and motivations for applying.
If you have a portfolio of work, please ensure it is up to date, as hiring managers often review portfolios to better understand your skills and experience.
All interview invitations will include clear instructions on how to prepare and what to expect.
We have offices across the UK, view all our locations here.
If you experience any technical issues on your graduate application form or have any queries, our Talent Management Team are here to help.
Please contact recruitment@pegasusgroup.co.uk
Our team aim to respond to you within 3-5 business days.
As part of our comprehensive pre-employment screening process, the Recruitment Team will conduct Right to Work checks, and verify academic and professional references to ensure compliance and candidate eligibility.
