Competitive salary and bonus scheme 
We are proud to offer a highly competitive salary alongside an attractive discretionary bonus scheme, rewarding your hard work and dedication. Our bonus scheme is applicable for all grades and enables you to earn a percentage of your basic salary as a bonus paid annually.
Pension – automatic enrolment scheme
We make a 7% basic salary contribution, plus 3% employee contribution via salary sacrifice – meaning you benefit from both income and National Insurance savings. There is also the option to increase your contribution should you wish to.
Salary sacrifice benefits
We offer you the option to enter into the Electric Vehicle Scheme and Cycle to Work Scheme, allowing you to source vehicles in a more cost effective way.
Agile working
We recognise that it can be difficult to balance personal commitments around the standard 9.00am-5.00pm working day. To support this, we offer flexible and hybrid working to suit individual needs as well core working hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm, allowing you flex start/finish times to meet your demands of work and home life.
Life assurance
We hope you never need it, but just in case, you will be covered by our Pegasus Life Assurance scheme, which provides a lump sum death benefit of four times your basic salary, paid to your nominated beneficiaries in the event of an untimely death.
Healthcare
To ensure that you remain healthy while working at Pegasus Group, we enroll all employees in the Pegasus Group Private Healthcare Scheme.
  • Access to telephone or video GP appointments 24/7. 
  • Immediate family members (spouse, partner and children) can be added at your own expense. 
Employee Assistance Programme
24/7 access to a confidential helpline providing support when difficult life events unfold.  Available to all employees and their immediate family members by phone or online. We also have a number of trained Mental Health First Aiders, who are on hand to support you when needed.

Paid leave
We offer a generous annual leave entitlement plus UK national holidays, with additional gifted time off during the Christmas period. For added flexibility, you can buy and sell holiday days. We also offer enhanced maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave, along with two fully paid charity volunteering days each year.

FAQs

Our recruitment process typically takes between four to six weeks. From your application to being successful and us sending you a job offer. The process can vary dependent on the job opportunity or availability for an in-person interview.
We aim to schedule an in-person interview as the first stage of our process. We recognise that this may not always be practical; therefore, initial meetings may be conducted via Teams calls. However, the offer will only be extended after an in-person meeting has taken place.
The interview process varies depending on the specific role.
Please ensure your CV is current and be ready to discuss your experience with the hiring manager. Certain positions may require a presentation and submission of written samples or portfolio, where relevant.
