Key Project Information
- We were appointed by Wilson Bowden Developments to prepare an outline planning application for Woodhouse Park, Nottingham.
- The initial design for the site looked to maximise its location, the existing landscape character and to create a network of attractive, green spaces defined by the proposed built form.
We produced a Design Code for the overall development and went on to prepare a Reserved Matters application for 290 homes on behalf of Barratt Homes.
The completed development has a variety of character areas with a more urban feel to the south fronting Woodhouse Way and a softer edge to the north, integrating new and existing landscape features, fronted by a variety of traditional and contemporary homes.
