• Our environment and design teams provided initial advice to inform the framework and subsequent layout of the site. A detailed site visit informed the development team of the best course of action to ensure a successful application outcome.
• A comprehensive understanding of the site allowed for early advice which ensured that points raised in the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment could be mitigated through the implementation of a robust landscape led strategy.
• Sensitivities regarding the local landscape were dealt with appropriately through the design evolution process and discussed within our supporting reports.
