Key Project Information
- Site comprised of a Grade II Listed Building and is located within two Conservation Areas.
- Sensitive conversion of Listed Building and ancillary buildings to C3 Use Class, as well as new build residential dwellings.
- We provided planning support for the application, by preparing a Planning Statement and Vacant Building Credit Statement in support of the full and listed building consent planning application. The development comprises the sensitive conversion of the Grade II Listed Building and ancillary buildings on site to residential apartments, as well as new build residential dwellings.
- We prepared and secured a successful Vacant Building Credit case for the site, which significantly reduced the affordable housing requirement on site and delivered cost savings for the client.
- Full and Listed Building Consent Planning application for 38 no. dwellings.
We provided planning support for the conversion of the Grade II Listed Building on site, assisting in securing full and listed building planning consent on this sensitive site. The development comprises the sensitive conversion of the Grade II Listed Building and ancillary buildings on site to residential apartments, as well as new build residential dwellings
Of particular note, our expert team prepared a Vacant Building Credit Statement in support of the planning application, which successfully secured a significantly reduced affordable housing contribution on the site relative to the affordable housing policy requirement.
We also provided a Planning Statement in support of the application and provided planning advice to the client through the application process when required.
