Key Project Information
- Our transport team were appointed by Adil Group to support a planning application for the redevelopment of the existing Pizza Hut restaurant located in the Phoenix Retail Park, Paisley to provide one drive-thru unit along with one drive-to unit .
Our transport experts prepared a Transport Statement (TS) to support the planning application and provided advice on the internal layout design including the proposed parking provision, drive-through lanes and servicing arrangements.
During the planning application, a rebuttal note was also produced to address the local highway authority comments on access, parking, and servicing. This lead to the highway authority subsequently withdrew their objection, and the application was approved.
