Key Project Information
- Our teams have worked with Drayton Manor Park over a number of years providing planning expertise and securing permissions for various projects involved in the expansion of facilities at the park and zoo.
- Projects include:
- New 150 bedroom hotel
- Change of use of land from camping and caravanning
- Development of a holiday lodge park
We provided planning, economics, design, graphics and landscape expertise to assist with the various planning applications, including planning appeals expertise and representations to the Local Plan making process.
This included the production of Vision Documents, Masterplans, Landscape Plans, Economic Benefit Reports, Landscape & Visual Statements and Green Belt Reviews.
