Key Project Information

  • Production of a feasibility engineering layout prior to potential client purchase of proposed development site.

The client’s main objective was to have a clear understanding of the engineering extents across the site in terms of levels and drainage.

We produced a feasibility engineered layout that allowed the client to quantify and cost all significant engineering related information such as finished floor levels, proposed site levels, and significant retaining features. We also produced details for main sewerage across the site including key features such as pumping station for the foul water and an attenuation basin for the storm water.

Residential scheme in the early processes of purchase with the client and therefore requiring engineering feasibility to be undertaken.
