Pegasus Group secured planning permission on behalf of Vistry Group before the Stroud planning committee for a reserved matters scheme of 178 homes.

The permission is for Parcels H16 and H19 of the wider Land West of Stonehouse strategic development.

Pegasus Group provided planning and design consultancy services, having drafted and secured consent for the area masterplan on behalf of the site promotor, Robert Hitchins Ltd, earlier in 2020.

The team worked collaboratively with Stroud District Council officers and the wider project team to resolve amendments to address feedback and secure a timely planning committee to successfully meet the client’s timetable requirements.
