Pegasus Group has secured planning permission on behalf of Tungsten Properties for a new Super W warehousing scheme.
The warehouse unit, Tungsten’s first in the North West will be a 244,000 sq ft industrial unit at the former Travis Perkins facility at Appleton Thorn Trading Estate in Warrington.
Warrington Borough Council approved the planning application which will see the demolition of the current buildings and construction of the high spec warehousing facility which will include office accommodation, parking, warehouse operations space, landscaping and will create approximately 200 jobs for the region.
Pegasus Group’s East Midlands office provided planning services for the project. Senior Director, James Hicks said:
“As part of our long standing and trusted relationship with Tungsten Properties, we are delighted to have secured this, their first planning permission, in the north-west. This facility will provide much needed industrial space and will help create jobs and support the region”.
