Pegasus Group secured a trio of residential approvals from South Staffordshire District Council last week.
The three schemes in Kinver, Wombourne and Coven are set to deliver up to 203 new homes under allocations identified in the recently adopted South Staffordshire Site Allocations Document (SAD).
The first application saw outline planning permission granted at Hyde Lane, Kinver on behalf of Richborough Estates following the signing of a S106 Agreement. The scheme allows for up to 50 dwellings. Pegasus Group provided planning services and the development was approved under delegated powers.
The planning committee then agreed a resolution to grant planning permission for Land at Beggars Bush Lane, Wombourne for up to 90 dwellings – again on behalf of Richborough Estates, with Pegasus Group providing planning services.
Finally, a resolution to grant detailed planning permission for land at School Lane Coven for 63 dwellings was unanimously agreed by the committee. On behalf of Lovell Homes, Pegasus Group provided planning, urban design and landscape services.
