Leading development consultancy Pegasus Group has heralded the New Year by announcing more than 50 promotions, including a dozen in Director positions.

Pegasus Group recently announced Nicky Parsons as its new CEO, replacing Jim Tarzey, and has ambitious growth plans for both the next 12 months and the five years ahead.

As part of those plans, the company has recognised the hard work of colleagues across its regional offices and at Group level with promotions.

These include three new Senior Directors in Planning and Urban Design and a further nine new Directors.

Marie Stacey, of the East Midlands office, has been elevated to Senior Director in Planning after more than seven years with the business. Marie has considerable experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in both application preparation and management, and she regularly appraises sites and advises clients on short-term and long-term development opportunities.

The new Senior Directors in Urban Design are Steve Lloyd (Cambridge) and Wesley Bray (East Midlands). Steve has a wide range of experience in advising clients on design strategies, developing solutions for complex sites, and preparing design submissions for Local Plan and Planning application work. While Wesley has been with Pegasus Group for four-and-a-half-years and has over 12 years’ experience in advising clients on masterplanning, concept design, architectural design, visioning and public participation.

The Cirencester office has seen a raft of senior promotions with Robyn Friesner, Alison Smith, Mark Herbert and Oliver Watkins all becoming Directors.

Also entering Director roles are Eleanor Overton (East Midlands), Gabrielle Rowan (Cambridge), Darren Muir (Liverpool), Lucie Holloway (Group) and Mark Ballantyne (Group).

There have also been a host of other promotions across all levels of seniority and offices, including new Associate Landscape Architects, Associate Planners, Associate Urban Designers, Principal Heritage Consultants, Principal Planners, Senior Planners and Planners.
