Pegasus Group is delighted to be exhibiting at The Listed Property Show 2019. The show is taking place at Olympia, London on the 9 – 10 February 2019.
Our heritage team will be present at the event and they will be delivering a talk during the show “An Owner’s Guide To Obtaining Listed Building Consent” on Saturday 9th February at 2pm. Associate, Alex Robinson and Principal Heritage Consultant, Hannah Armstrong will be discussing how Listed Building Consent can be a challenging and complex task. Also, what it means if your property is Listed and you want to undertake refurbishment or building works, what you need to do to obtain Listed Building Consent or planning permission.
