Pegasus Group is delighted to be participating in No5 Barristers Chambers ‘Heritage Assets In Development Management – Specialist Briefing’ Seminar.

Regional Director, and heritage specialist Gail Stoten will be speaking at the event, taking place on the 18th September at Hotel du Vin, Birmingham. Gail has over 15 years experience as a heritage professional providing advice and producing assessments to support planning applications for diverse developments involving historic buildings, historic townscapes, historic landscapes and archaeology.

The briefing event is intended for planning and heritage advisors who work regularly with heritage issues in the development management and plan making contexts and aims to provide legal and practical insight into the assessment of impacts on the historic environment, and the treatment of heritage assets in the decision making process. It will include a legal update, and explore Historic England’s role in the planning process.
