Paul is a Chartered Town Planner with 30 years’ experience as a planning practitioner in both the public and private sectors.
His specialist experience has been gained through delivering planning permissions and requisite approvals for major developments and in securing development plan allocations for his clients.
Paul has also provided evidence as a planning witness at public inquiries, in expert’s determinations, lands tribunals cases and in the High Court. He has also provided advocacy at numerous appeal hearings and examinations in public.
He is an advisor to the Sheffield City Region’s Housing and Infrastructure Executive Board, which is working to achieve a two to threefold increase in the delivery of new homes.
Paul is also Deputy Chair of Civic Voice, the national organisation for civic trusts and societies.
