Joanne has been working in planning and development for over 15 years, bringing valuable experience to Pegasus Group from a range of projects from planning roles in both the public and private sectors. Current projects include planning applications for residential and retail redevelopment of a town centre site in Maidenhead, and redevelopment of an employment site in Reading.
Prior to joining Pegasus Group as an Associate Planner in August 2017, Joanne worked at Ipswich Borough Council and then at Roger Tym & Partners (part of Peter Brett Associates from 2011). During this time she worked on, often project managing, such schemes as a strategic scale residential scheme in LB Barking & Dagenham for a national housebuilder, development of a new headquarters and distribution centre for a national clothing retailer, a new train station on the Reading to Basingstoke line, planning consent for a new pedestrian/cycle bridge over the River Thames in Reading (Christchurch Bridge), and a new Energy Centre at Cambridge Biomedical Campus/ Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
Joanne advises national house builders, landowners, developers and public sector clients on a variety of projects in London and the South East, which are often complex and involve working with, and managing, multidisciplinary teams.
