|Jim is the director in charge of Pegasus Group Architects, the chartered practice within Pegasus Group in Cirencester.
Jim joined Pegasus Planning in 2015 having previously been a director of Architecture and Urban Design. He is a registered Architect and a qualified Urban Designer. His focus is in masterplanning and urban design, and practices an approach to masterplanning design that aims to integrate energy efficient design with deliverability.
Jim has many years’ experience leading estate regeneration projects in London and residential led sustainable developments in the Midlands and the Southwest.
He has worked on a variety of projects from small infill developments to largescale urban extensions. He has also designed, detailed and led on a variety of architectural projects, including residential developments working to SDS and RSL briefs, community centres and complex mixed-use buildings. He has also prepared designs for the conversion of historic buildings as well as a wide range of other bespoke architectural projects.
Jim has written and produced feasibility studies, development briefs, design codes and design and access statements. He has extensive experience of public consultation and presenting to CABE/Design Council and local design review panels.
