Since 1997 David has worked as a planning consultant in the private sector. He started at Chapman Warren, in the company’s Head Office in Swindon and then worked for RPS (following the acquisition of Chapman Warren in 2000). David then joined Pegasus when the company was first established in 2003.

Having developed an expertise in development control practice and planning law which can be used to develop strategies for complex sites, David can secure negotiated consents and find solutions to difficult planning and/or enforcement problems. He works on a full range of planning projects varying from small scale developments (acting as a lone consultant), up to large scale mixed use urban extensions (acting as lead consultant coordinating a team of other consultants).
