Pegasus Group provided planning and landscape consultancy services to secure planning permission for several applications for major leisure and tourism development in the North Bay of Scarborough on a prominent and sensitive site.
The proposals include for erection of holiday lodges, holiday homes and apartments, family restaurants, a multiplex cinema complex and one of the largest new water parks in the country, which opened in Summer 2016.
