This major city centre mixed use development comprises two landmark towers; one 23 storey and one 19 storey in Salford’s Exchange Quay.

- 45 suite apartment hotel
- 14,279 sq m of Grade A office space
- 132 residential apartments
- Ground floor retail and leisure units
Pegasus Group provided planning advice throughout the course of the planning application and prepared a comprehensive Planning Assessment justifying the scale of the development and the proposed town centre uses in the context of national planning policy sequential and impact tests.
Advice was also provided on telecommunication impacts.
The application was approved in October 2012.
