The development is an integral part of the Strategic Urban Extension to the South of Warwick and Leamington Spa.
Pegasus Group’s involvement has gone from preparing outline planning applications and an Environmental Statement, a successful appeal on Gallows Hill (where evidence on five year housing land supply, heritage and landscape issues were key), through to masterplanning, preparation of site wide design codes, Reserve Matters applications dealing with infrastructure and discharging conditions.
These developments will bring forward just over 1,200 dwellings, mixed use community hub/local centre, a primary school and an open space network that includes a Country Park; providing a wide range of much needed new homes and facilities in Warwickshire.
After outline approval Pegasus Group successfully discharged the Design Code condition and prepared reserved matter applications for Bovis Homes and Bellway Homes. The site is currently under construction.
