Pegasus Group were instructed to undertake the pre-application process, public engagement process and put together a reserved matters planning application for the site off Green Lane in Badshot Lea, Farnham on behalf of Taylor Wimpey for a residential development of 105 dwellings (including affordable dwellings) – an allocated housing site in the Waverley Local Plan and the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan.

Throughout the process our staff worked closely with the client, architect, consultant team, the Town Council and Officers at the Council to ensure the project continued to move forward to ultimately result in planning permission being granted.

Planning permission was obtained in March 2020 and works commenced almost immediately on site, as care had been taken to discharge all the pre-commencement conditions and no further ones were included on the Reserved Matters consent. Construction work has continued throughout the summer (with strict social distancing measures in place) with the show home due to open in Jan 2021.
