Pegasus Group provided specialist planning advice within a multi-disciplinary team to secure Reserved Matters permission for circa 10,000sqm of Class B8 floorspace close to Exeter Airport.

This is the first phase of development for a site that has outline planning permission for over 100,000sqm of Class B8 floorspace. Numerous economics benefits are associated with delivering this large strategic employment site including jobs both during construction and the operational phase as well as commercial rates paid to the council. It is estimated that 400 full time jobs are associated with the first phase of the development.

The scheme will deliver significant on site planting and ecological benefits. There is a swales and sustainable drainage strategy proposed.
