Pegasus Group, acting on behalf of Clowes Developments UK, secured a resolution to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of Didcot A Power Station in July 2016. The site lies
within the administrative boundaries of both Vale of White Horse District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council.
The outline planning application provides a mixed-use development including residential and up to 135,000 sqm of employment uses. A detailed planning application was subsequently granted in August 2016 for a new Class B8 unit with ancillary Class B1 office space – totalling 22,858 sqm.
