Pegasus Group is instructed by Tatton Estate Management and DB Symmetry for planning and landscape services to promote a 53ha site adjacent to Junction 7/8 of the M56 for a premier logistics, science and advanced manufacturing development. The site can accommodate 111,483 sqm of distribution floorspace and 37,161 sqm of B1 (a, b, c) and B2 uses.

We are committed to having this Green Belt site identified for employment development within the Cheshire East Local Plan. Pegasus Group have actively promoted the site since the beginning of 2014 via extensive representation to the Cheshire East Local Plan, participation at the Examination in Public, and subsequent stakeholder involvement to establish Cheshire East Council’s Green Belt boundaries and employment land requirements.

In particular, we developed an economic model that looks at the growth of non-store retail expenditure and the demand this places on land.
