Pegasus Group secured planning permission for the redevelopment of a redundant farmyard to a high-quality bespoke development of three large traditionally designed houses.
The scheme was not strictly in accordance with planning policy, but we presented a case to the Council which set out the material considerations to overcome the policy concerns. Part of the site falls within a Flood Zone but we worked with the flooding engineer and the Council to create a layout that would not cause any increase in flood risk.
The site is currently being developed as of August 2017.
