Pegasus Group were commissioned to submit a planning application for the construction of four detached houses adjacent to a 19th–century Church which the Local Planning Authority considered to be Locally Listed, i.e. a Non-Designated Heritage Asset. As part of the project our Planning, Design and Heritage teams were engaged with the latter preparing the Built Heritage Statement to comply with NPPF requirements of understanding the heritage significance of the church, its setting and whether the application site contributed to the heritage value of the Church.
