Pegasus Group has been instructed by Linden Ltd. (Linden Homes Strategic Land) to promote land at Radstock in response to the preparation of the West of England Joint Spatial Plan and the review of the Bath and North East Somerset Core Strategy.

As part of the representations and documentation to support the promotion of the site a number of reports have been prepared, including the economic infographic which was included in a Development Framework Statement.

Other documents produced to date include:

  • A Concept Plan for the site illustrating how the site could accommodate the proposed scheme taking into account all opportunities and constraints;
  • A critique of the Objectively Assessed Need for the West of England;
  • A Socio – Economic Statement;
  • A Sustainability Appraisal which comprises a series of environmental appraisals which describe the existing environmental conditions present at the site and identifies the opportunities and constraints with regards to the development proposal. The findings of the environmental appraisals have been used to assess the site’s sustainability credentials with regards to the development proposal; and
  • A Transport Assessment.
