A vision for the future growth of Stafford as identified within the Plan for Stafford Borough Council to create a sustainable, well designed, mixed use development to be delivered by 2031.

The SDL will deliver approximately 3,100 new homes, extra care and specialist housing, new employment land with links for a range of transport modes, a secondary school and two primary schools, three local centres and a comprehensive landscape and drainage scheme.
