Corporate Social Responsibility

Pegasus Group is committed to promoting protection of the environment, supporting the communities in which we work, promoting equal opportunities, ensuring safe and efficient working practices and working with other organisations who uphold similar values in order to create a better tomorrow. Staff are provided with a full induction around all areas of the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy areas along with regular training to ensure they are updated on the latest legal and policy areas.

Environment
We are committed to the protection of the environment, preventing pollution and minimising environmental impacts associated with its business activities. Initiatives are in place to, where possible, reduce energy consumption and recycle waste materials.

Health and Safety
We are committed to providing a working environment which is both safe and fit for the intended purpose and ensures that health and safety issues are a priority for all business operations. Responsibility for health and safety is taken extremely seriously and is led at board level by the Managing Director and is supported by the Health and Safety Manager.

Quality
We take pride in everything we do. Our goal is to deliver high quality work and to meet the needs of our clients as highlighted by our ISO 9001 accreditation.

Workforce
We value our employees and recognise they are vital to our success. We seek to promote good working relationships, are approachable and always on hand to help. We are committed to provide, and continually improve our programmes of professional stewardship for all staff. We are dedicated to implementing a comprehensive and proactive Human Resources strategy with policies ensuring that employees are treated in a responsible manner and in an environment that enables them to reach their full potential.

Suppliers
We regard suppliers as our partners and work with them to help us achieve our policy aspirations in the delivery of our products and services.

Customers
We seek to provide our customers with a service hallmarked by integrity, quality and care. We respond to any queries from our clients or other interested parties as part of our work within two working days by a member of the project team. If the matter in question requires escalation, a Pegasus Group Director or Board Member will respond to provide any information required and resolve any outstanding questions.

Community
We are very proud of Pegasus Group, knowing our involvement is helping the wider community enjoy a better quality of life. Each of our 11 offices work independently supporting the communities in which they work. Striving to play an active role whether it be raising money for local charities or taking part in events within schools, towns or cities nearby.

Standards of Business Conduct
The protection of our reputation and the trust and confidence of those with whom we deal with are critical assets. We are committed to ensuring that our business is conducted in all respects according to rigorous ethical, professional and legal standards, maintaining professionalism, integrity, honesty and diligence.
