Housing land supply and the delivery of new homes is a major challenge for the planning system and for society as a whole. RTPI West Midlands are holding a seminar this Friday 13th October, at Shakespeare Martineau’s offices in central Birmingham to debate the latest issues and initiatives from a regional perspective.
Regional Director, Sue Manns, of Pegasus Group’s Birmingham office will be leading the panel discussion at this event, Sue is also on the RTPI West Midlands Regional Management Board.
Director, Neil Cox, also of Pegasus Group’s Birmingham office will be speaking on ‘Short Term Gains or Long Term Pains? The role of strategic plan-making in housing delivery and providing long term certainty; and the role of the five-year housing land supply in decision taking’.
