Pegasus Group have assisted a major land owner in obtaining a proposed allocation at their land for major development in the emerging Bracknell Forest Council Local Plan. The site had been promoted unsuccessfully by others through previous Local Plan reviews, but is now recommended by the Council as an appropriate location for approximately 500 dwellings, plus a primary school, SANG provision and Public Open Space.

Winkfield Row In addition to the submission of written representations to the Council promoting the appropriateness of the site at Winkfield Row, Pegasus Group arranged for supporting studies and surveys, illustrating that such an allocation would be sound, and met with the Parish Council to understand community concerns and requirements.

The Local Plan is now out to public consultation, and Pegasus Group will continue to liaise with the Council and other parties on behalf of the landowners. This will help ensure masterplanning and other necessary background work is undertaken in a manner that enables the allocation to be confirmed, subsequent planning applications to be drawn up, and the most appropriate development of the site to be delivered.
